Is war on terror ipad only or iphone as well?

Skelly: WAR ON TERROR is an iPhone sized app. It'll run on everything, but it will only be 2x on the iPad, as opposed to a {+} app, which usually gets a new layout for iPad vs iPhone/iPod Touch.

Valley Games is saying TITAN for iPad will be out in December. Looks good.

Whoa...I am REALLY digging Cabal. It does have kind of a Summoner Wars feel to it, but there's more complexity to it and a little more comboishness to coin a phrase. I'm just playing single player, but it's putting up a decent fight.

Over on Toucharcade, there's like 11 pages of "how do I shot web" comments from people who can't figure out how to play it. It's extremely easy, about as complex as Summoner Wars. Maybe _less_.

Titan...now THAT is a game that I think will completely rock on the iPad.

Over Thanksgiving, my dad asked why I didn't have an iPad yet. That's more or less a signal that it's what he got me for Christmas.

I wish I could play it on an iPad, I might stand a chance of beating your score but your still ahead of me. I have a list like this (full disclosure is only fair).

Dysjunct (Kevin) = 6721
Sunderlanding (me) = 5772
Jeb = 5199

Then some other people who haven't even topped 3000 yet.

I don't know if I can get better then that. I haven't played in awhile. I'm kind of digging Elder Signs right now. It's really well done.

I've never got past 4500 on Jetpack Joyride, and that was a fluke.

No Love for the Droid out there?

I like to think that anyone above me in my favorite games is either a h/\xXZ0r or else a big, fat cheater.

Jeb, for instance. Notorious cheater.

Some interesting releases this weekend, including Infinity Blade 2 and The Bard's Tale .

But don't miss Space Miner if you haven't played it already. It's kind of a cross between Asteroids and something like Privateer or Elite, with ship upgrades and the like. Lots of fun. And it's free this weekend. There's an HD version if you prefer, too, also free.

Bard's Tale is awesome if it is the same as the old PC game -- played that a ton when I was younger

It's the 2004 Bard's Tale- action RPG with funny writing, not the OLD Bard's Tale.

Well -- that is a downer

So I've been relearning and playing Tigris and Euphrates on the iPad, and teaching my twelve-year-old. For some reason it feels like a more vicious game on the iPad. If they had rethemed it and given it some cool animations and bling they could have had a potential breakthrough hit. Regardless, I really like it.

I've been playing Alien Menace , which I picked up when it went free last week. This game is great. If I'd have known it was this much fun, I'd have gladly paid the $1.99.
