F:ATties at Gamestorm?

I know quozl will be there, but I'm wondering if there will be any other Northwest F:AT members at Gamestorm in Vancouver, WA (Portland) next week (March 25-28). I'll be there for most of the time and will be running games of BSG: Pegasus and Last Night on Earth (with Survival of the Fittest). If you want to join in on one of those games, best sign up now: schedule.gamestorm.org/events/GameStorm12/sessions Otherwise, I hope to meet up and play some other AT titles, especially things I've yet to play like Dune.

Yo,

The only event our schedules have in common at this time is The Adventurers.

I'm running Alhambra (w/ all 20 modules) + three funky Settlers events. The most A/T games I'm signed up for are Runewars and Stronghold.

I'm not doing a lot of scheduled stuff this year but I'll be carrying around Imperial and Conquest of the Empire if any of you want to play.

I would love to try Runewars but I don't think I'll be able to slog through the rules before then... I'm sure I could learn it there from whoever's running it, but for that kind of game I'd rather have a head start on what's going on.

In any case, I'll see you at the Adventurers game.

I hear ya. I learned Descent at Gamestorm 3(?) years ago, and that went great. But I have been at many a session where GMs were less prepared. But it's hard to resist Runewars as I am a Battlemist fan from way back, and this is the type of game I cannot get played within the group. I've just got to try it once to see what it's about...

Of course, nothing is stopping you (or I) from downloading the rules ahead of time (and I may just do that). But when you sign up for long games, you have to also consider the risk of getting stuck playing with an asshole for 6 hours.
