Galactic Destiny

Anyone played this? Looks like an interesting indie game (just like HellGame). Is it any good?

I don't know anything about it. But Malloc told me that it's a re-working of Republic of Rome in which case, if it's carefully done, it could be awesome.

I own it but never managed to find players.

It looks to be a near exact re-theme of Republic of Rome. However set in a fantasy sci-fi universe it was never something i could get the group into. They just couldn't identify with this like them could ancient Rome. With RoR being re-printed I would say wait on that.

Thank you. Bur I always had an impression that you are not conquering anything in RoR whereas in Galactic Destiny, you are conquering galaxy sectors. But I guess I will wait for RoR.
