A Small Time Business---Zev lawsuit

This link reminded me of the business posts Barnes used to post about his partnership so it made me chuckle. The filing brief is an easy read and you can just see the whole thing going super south and shady over time. If it happened the way the brief says (filed by Zev and partner, of course, grain of salt), that just sucks. Pages 4-5 things start to go REALLY south, so skip to those if you're looking for TLDR.

Well, now I feel kind of crappy about having spent money at Myriad. It's actually too bad, because the stores themselves were the kind of game stores I wish there were more of. Except for the guy who owns them, apparently.

Myriad started off as a really good store(s) but their decline somewhat parallels the timeline in this suit. Inventories went from being comprehensive to average to threadbare over about 18 months.

Fuck Game Salute boy.
