Shadowrun - Good Setting, Bad Games

Shadowrun got a lot of hate when it came out for two main reasons:

1) Singleplayer either didn't exist, or was just multiplayer but with bots
2) The PC version required a hack to run on anything besides Windows Vista.

But people who actually played the game loved it. It had a huge audience on 360... for about four months.

That was the other big problem. Shadowrun released in spring of 2007. Halo 3, Call of Duty 4, and The Orange Box (And thus, Team Fortress 2) released in fall of 2007.

There's so much Xbox 360 Shadowrun in Destiny, Titanfall, Overwatch, the newer Calls of Duty and just about every other FPS that isn't based in gritty realism
